Delivery

At Dreamz Beds we endeavour for the lowest possible prices. Therefore delivery costs are not included within the product cost. Please see the table below for delivery costs. Delivery charges are per item. For orders over £1500 delivery is free. Deliveries are for mainland UK only. For deliveries to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, ROI, Northern Ireland and in excess of two hundred miles delivery costs are available on request.

If you would prefer to collect, just visit our shop in Bury, Lancashire. We are open 7 days a week from 10am – 4pm.

Payment Details

At Dreamz Beds we accept cash and card payment within the shop. Card payments accepted are UK Debit Cards, UK Visa Cards,UK Mastecards and American Express. We also have the facility for customers to pay via a secure interface on our website.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing through this website or from our store you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions laid out below.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

“Buyer” means the individual(s) purchasing the goods.
“Seller” means Dreamz Beds.
“Goods” means all products listed within the order.

1.Payment

Goods will only be dispatched to the buyer once payment has been received in full ( in cleared funds in our bank account). We will retain legal ownership of the goods until the later of delivery or our receipt of payment in full.

2. Special Orders

Special Orders means any goods that are not held in stock or that are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for you. Payment in full is required on Special Orders at the time of ordering. An estimate of delivery time will be provided. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the estimated dates are met they do not form a fixed term of the contract. Once goods are received into our store we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Special Order items are non returnable and non refundable unless there is evidence of fault or damage on our part.

3. Product Variations

All sizes quoted are approximate. Goods are supplied on the understanding that there may be slight variances in colour, finish, shade and grain. Wood materials may differ slightly from the goods shown but all changes will be of an equal or higher standard to those shown.

4. Cancellations / Refunds

We offer a full money back guarantee for items purchased from our website or via the telephone to the store manager, excluding all carriage costs, if returned unused and in the original packaging within 7 working days following the date of delivery. We ask that you return the goods suitably and sufficiently packed to protect against any damages during transit.

5. Delivery Access

We will place goods in the room of your choice at the delivery address provided that the room is clear and that there is clear access to this point. It is your responsibility to check that the goods will fit into the intended room and that they will pass through doorways, stairs, gates and alleyways. Where access is not possible alternative arrangements will be considered at your expense. For the purpose of this contract, the term clear will include being free from any property which may be damaged when making the delivery.

Cancellations can not be accepted on the grounds that the goods will not fit into the location or access to the location is not possible. At our discretion we may offer alternative goods of an equal or higher value but in the case of higher value goods you will be required to pay the difference.

6. Delivery

Delivery means the delivery of the Goods to the delivery address specified on the order and placed in the room of your choice. An estimate of delivery time will be provided. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the estimated dates are met they do not form a fixed term of the contract. Once goods are received into our store we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Special Order items are non returnable and non refundable unless there is evidence of fault or damage on our part. Any missing or damaged parts must be reported to our Store Manager within 21 days of delivery

Goods will be deemed to have been delivered when they are taken from the vehicle at the address specified on the order. You must inspect the goods at the point of delivery and report any shortfall or damages immediately to the driver. You must then contact the Store Manager who will file investigate. Delivery does not include unpacking or assembly.

7. Unforeseen Circumstances

Neither the buyer or the seller will be liable in damages nor have the right to terminate this agreement for any delay or default caused by conditions or events beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to notify you of any delay or non delivery and will take reasonable measures to ensure the goods are re-allocated for delivery once such delay has ceased.

8. Guarantees

All goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanhip for a period of twelve months
